The Founder Frontier Catalyst was founded by Jeff Picard after twenty years of U.S. government service. From the Peace Corps to senior roles at USAID, he served Senior Government Executives in high-leverage forums, led teams that mobilized $6.5 billion in public-private financing for the G8 summit, and managed a $2.1 billion portfolio across twelve regional offices. The same intelligence infrastructure he built for senior government executives is now deployed for driven operators navigating their own frontiers. One senior advisor. A structured team.
